The funding, secured on September 14, 2026, is earmarked for the development of strategic infrastructure across Europe. Open Cosmos, co-founded by CEO Rafel Jorda Siquier, aims to solidify its position as a key player in providing end-to-end satellite services, from design and manufacturing to launch and data delivery.
"We deliberately wanted strong European representation because we’re building strategic infrastructure in Europe, while also bringing in investors from elsewhere where it made sense."
